Collection of Certificates for Students That Have Left High Storrs

Certificates will be available to collect from Visitors Reception by the end of November.

In the first instance please email in advance to exams@highstorrs-mlt.co.uk to arrange collection. Your certificates will then be taken out of secure storage and left in Visitors Reception for one week. After this time if you haven’t collected your certificates they will be returned to the secure store and you will need to repeat the process. 

Please note that photographic identification will be needed (passport, driving license, bus pass etc) and you will be asked to sign for your certificates when they are collected

A third party can be nominated to collect certificates on a candidate’s behalf. To release certificates to a third party, the school requires the following

  1. A letter, stating that the candidate authorises the school to release certificates to the third party, signed by the candidate. Verbal or text messages are unfortunately not acceptable.
  2. Photographic Identification must be provided by the third party

The school will not under any circumstances release certificates to either candidates or third parties without the necessary paperwork.
